Cancellation & Refund Policy
Applicable within India. Payments processed via Razorpay follow RBI/issuer timelines for settlement.
Orders can be cancelled before they are packed for shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is not available.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours with photos; we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (including Razorpay) within 7–10 business days after approval.
Opened or used press-on sets are not eligible for return unless defective.
If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed attempts, reshipping may incur additional charges.
